Design Guidelines The minimum thickness should be 0.5mm on features no larger than 10mm x 10mm. The smallest tolerance that can be applied on features less than 25mm in length is ± 0.05mm. Ideal tolerance for features 25mm in length is ± 0.2mm. The smallest radii that can be applied is 0.2mm. The smallest chamfer that can be applied is 0.4mm. The smallest tapping size: M1.0 X 2mm. The largest product that can be die cast at Fourte: 100mm X 150mm with a weight just under 100g. Confidential and Proprietary Property Information belonging to Fourte

Design Guidelines The tolerance for flatness: ±0.2mm within 50mm and ± 0.25mm within 51-100mm. Shrinkage ratio: to minimize the sink mark, the wall thickness of the adjoining wall should be less than 2X for the thin and the thick wall. The ideal condition for draft angle on an outer walls should be 3 degrees and 2 degrees for the inner walls.   Fourte will try to achieve draft angle that are required to be less than the above under specific needs by going through detailed DFM with Customer. Confidential and Proprietary Property Information belonging to Fourte

Design Guidelines Standard Linear Tolerance as below:                 <30mm: ± 0.25mm 30 to 100mm: ± 0.35mm 100 to 300mm: ± 0.5mm Confidential and Proprietary Property Information belonging to Fourte
