e.g. Greenwich Peninsula We provided Design consultancy services for the Greenwich Peninsula development. This is a major regeneration project that is happening at the moment in the area around the O2 arena. Flats, schools, public spaces, shops and restaurants are being built on sites that used to be the sites of factories, shipbuilders and gas works. This is an interesting project, because it aims to create entire new communities, rather than just one or two buildings. This presented a real challenge for Design, because we had so many different users to bear in mind and we had to predict how people would interact with the various areas as they develop.
