OVERVIEW OF INDICATORS & TARGETS Teacher Presence 90% for all districts every month Student Attendance Districts are divided into category A, B & C, based on past performance. Different student attendance targets are set for each category. Targets will be 2% lower for the April - November period to reflect seasonal lower student attendance Facilities 95% for all districts every month District staff school Visits 90% for all districts every month DRC meetings Should be conducted in each district every month Timeliness of data Should be provided on time each month DTE Visits Cleanliness of schools 85% for all districts every month Attendance of non- teaching staff
