Homework HW must be copied into the assignment book. We take time every day to copy and explain HW. At the beginning of the school year, we will initial assignment books to encourage the habit. There is HW almost every night except Friday. Expect about 45 minutes of HW, including 15-20 minutes of reading every night.

HW will go home daily with papers needing immediate attention. If HW is missing, the student completes “Assignment Alert”. Missing or late HW will be noted on Weekly Progress Report. Your child should be able to complete the majority of assignments without much help. You don’t have to do the HW! Send a note to us saying, “Johnny didn’t get it!” It will help alert us.
