LTI 15/April/2000: Fahud mess A waiter slipped and hit his elbow through the glass panel of a door. Result: Very deep cuts at the back of his elbow. He will be off work for 8 days or more.

LTI 15/April/2000, Fahud mess What can we learn from this LTI: No rushing, walk at a normal pace and control your body. Check for trip hazards near glass panelled doors. Be aware that your soles can be slippery from water and/or oil when walking out of a kitchen or workshop. Could this happen in your team ?? How do you avoid this happening to you ??
