Tips for Querying Use the students permanent ID number field LIST STU ID Putting a ? in front of the element will give you the long description of the field LIST STU NM LF? In order to call out an element, the table must be called out first LIST STU NM ID LF? Calling out one table, there is no need to use a. Tips for Querying (Cont) Most tables & elements can be combined depending on current or past information In order to combine the STU and MST table, you must use SEC table as a connector LIST STU SEC MST For grades, cannot use the SEC & MST table.
