Boot Camp On September 7th, Cadets participated in Boot Camp. They were aggressively trained by members of the Army, Marines, and Air Force. Charlie took 1st place and Alpha was last place. All Cadets had fun and got extremely dirty. It was truly a day to remember.

Homecoming JROTC participated in the Homecoming Parade by creating a Hollywood-Themed float. The Color Guard led the parade and the RECONDO Team pulled the float. After the parade, the Honor Guard helped present the homecoming royalty during halftime at the football game.

CHU Practice The RECONDO team went to Flagstaff to practice for a fierce competition. After training for 1 day, the monsoon rains came and flooded out the camp. They had to return home 1 day early.

Army Challenge The Army came to Alhambra with their mobile obstacle course. Cadets ran the course and many scored high enough for a T-Shirt and other prizes.

Orienteering The orienteering team put their navigation and running skills to the test in Prescott. They had to find hidden points in 2 hours in the mountains and deserts in Arizona.

Open House The RECONDO and Color Guard showed the visitors what events we do in JROTC. The instructors and some Cadets cooked burgers and hotdogs for the people who came by.
