Project Background Building on previous CEEP activities in mapping public services and SGIs Initiative to foster a European network of social services’ employers 6 focus countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus and Romania) 5 partner organisations (ALAL, UDES, UNISOC, HOSPEEM, STRATOSZ) 1 ongoing survey of employer organisations in the six target countries conducted by the expert WMP Follow-up interviews being conducted with employer organisations in the target countries 1 interim report and 1 final research report POINT 2: (e.g. mapping study in cooperation with HOSPEEM covering 14 countries and sectors such as hospitals and care; museums, libraries and arts; sports and amusement; and other social services (results published in 2016) POINT 3: Mapping and analysis of actors and structures of social dialogue in 6 focus countries

Project Structure Mapping - Survey Mapping of SSGIs in focus countries based on literature review, survey and telephone interviews with key social service provider organisations Analysing structures, frameworks and practices of social dialogue at cross-sectoral and sectoral level in focus countries Identifying potential avenues of strong social partner involvement in SSGI provision/reform Networking - Capacity Building 3 round table meetings with participants from partner countries, target countries, CEEP secretariat and expert contractors 1 Technical training session focussing on the role of employers at national and EU level Outcomes Research report (expert report 1) summarizing results of the mapping Final Report (expert report 2) including results of research report and results of round table and capacity building meetings Political Report Final conference Further dissemination activities
