Overarching Goal Develop three projects over three years to support educational collaboratives to improve administrative efficiencies for community preceptors Participants can choose to participate in: Project 1: Pilot student onboarding resources and processes Project 2: Pilot standardized preceptor onboarding and engagement resources Project 3: Pilot both standardized student AND preceptor onboarding projects

Expectations for all Projects Integrate multiple STFM developed tools (specific for each project) Participate in a (1.5 day) learning communities to share/learn about intervention approaches Provide status reports Disseminate findings broadly and agree to participate in a synthesis report Conduct standardized pre/post measurement to assess: Impact on preceptor administrative burden Learning experience for students Evaluation components to include Surveys to clerkship directors, practice managers, and preceptors Conducting interviews of 3-5 preceptors and practice managers with questions provided by STFM Project leaders to visit to learn more about project implementation, successes, and challenges (not all sites will receive a visit)
