CIT Access Service The CIT Access Service is committed to widening participation, increasing access and supporting positive educational outcomes for under-represented groups. Disability Support Service The DSS promotes an inclusive educational environment, where independent learning and the development of skills that are transferable is encouraged. Mature Students Mature Students are defined as those over 23 or over on the 1st January of their year of entry to HE.
