YouTube Features There are many features available in YouTube to help you customize your channel and support your brand. These features are available to all creators who have verified accounts and are in good standing

CREATE AN ACCOUNT CREATE A CHANNEL To join with a YouTube you should have a Gmail account in Google. So you have to sign up with your Gmail to create your own YouTube account. CREATE A CHANNEL YouTube allow you to create your own channel with your Google account in Google. So you have to sign up with your Gmail to create your own YouTube account. Upload their personal details. Share their thoughts with others. Subscribe to a Channel. Upload your videos. Add Channel to your Profile. Take your YouTube History.

Upload Videos By default you can upload videos that are 15 minutes longer to your YouTube channel. By clicking on the “upload” button you can upload your videos to the YouTube. If you want to upload videos longer than 15 minutes you can slick on the link called “Increase your limit” at the bottom of the upload page. Using this link , user can upload the videos longer than 15 minutes. Then user can set the privacy as they want “ public, unlisted, or private” Once you upload the video to the YouTube user can enter the Title, Description and the Tags regarding to the video. “ Tags describe the way of searching your video”.

2) Branding Watermark You can add a water mark to your uploaded all videos or some specific videos. To add the Water mark 1) Click on the down arrow of the upload button. 2) Then go to the Analytics. 3) Visit the In video Programming of Channel settings. Now you can upload Your water mark to your video and can set the display time, start time, and the Duration of your water mark.

3) Fan Finder Find more fans by letting YouTube promote your channel to the people most likely to love your videos, it will not add a cost for you. Submit your channel ad to Fan Finder and get started. To find more Fans 1) Click On the down arrow of the upload button 2) Then go to the Analytics. 3) Visit the Fan Finder of your You Tube channel.

To enable these Features your Account must be in good Standing. 1) External annotations Annotations help you engage with viewers and make videos more interactive. Lets you link annotations to external sites or merch partners. To access annotations and add them to your video: First go to your channel “ Video Manager” Next to the video you wish to edit, then click the down arrow to the right of the Edit button and select Annotations. Click the Add annotation button on the right. Click publish when you’ve finished creating your annotations. 2) Monetization Allow you to earn money by partnering with you Tube. Your account isn’t eligible at this time you can’t connect with this feature.

Enable your channel for monetization To check your channel’s eligibility: 1) Visit the Monetization tab in your account settings. 2) If your account is in good standing and hasn’t been previously disabled for monetization , click Enable My Account. 3) Follow the steps to accept the You Tube Monetization agreement. You may see a different message if your account is not enabled for monetization. Longer Videos You can now upload videos longer than 15 minutes Custom thumbnails Choose your video’s thumbnail by uploading your own.

Video thumbnails Video thumbnails let people see a quick snapshot of your video. After your video is finished uploading, you’ll be able to choose a thumbnail from the three options You Tube automatically generates. To select the one you’d like to use, simply click the thumbnail and click save changes. Steps of How to add a Thumbnail to your video Go to your channel “Video Manager” Click Edit for the corresponding video you’d like to change. Other Features - Paid Subscriptions -You must enable monetization in order to enable paid subscriptions - Content ID appeals - Unlisted and private videos - Live events

5) Subscription You can add subscriptions to your You Tube channel and user can group your subscription list as you want. Steps: 1) Go to Subscription tab on your you tube channel 2) Then click on the “Manage Subscription” 3) Now you can create a Subscription Group, Search Subscriptions, add subscriptions to your channel, take an action according to your subscription.

6) Dashboard With this dashboard tab you can customize your channel by adding these following features. Add channel Art Give your channel a custom look by adding a channel art. Add web link Let viewers know where else to find you on the web. Describe Your Channel Let viewers know what your channel’s all about Don’t miss key updates Your channel is connected with a Google + page. It’s a good idea to check your Google + notification and email settings to your channel.

7) Creation tools From the video editor you can create your own video in You Tube. From the audio library you can set audio features to your audio.
