Provision of Interruption Information by DNOs to Transco NTS Andy Malins

Proposal Modify OAD to place an obligation on DNOs to provide their best estimate of the actual daily gas flows that will be available for Interruption.

Proposal Issue Transco NTS needs information on capacity available for interruption to aid management of transportation constraints and emergencies. Information required under current Offtake Arrangements Document is insufficient to enable optimum decisions to be made. Information required for start of winter 2005/06
