Workshop DeBono’s Six Hats 2013-2014

Objective: To understand DeBono’s six hats and how this might be utilized in your classroom.

Benefits: Engages students in thinking from a number of different perspectives. Form of meta-cognition Differentiation of teaching

What are the six hats?

Using DeBono’s six hats, we will discuss the issue of standardized testing here at VISS using OnDemand. In your group, put on your hat and discuss and record your answers on your sheet. Be sure that we know what hat you are and be prepared to present at the end.
