Angela Hjelseth-Trainer Description What You Need to Know and Can Do to Support Me Give me good directions to the training site-make sure I have my google maps Double check all supplies needed with me before the day of the training Help me resolve any technical or training room issues Ask questions so we can all learn, or I can clarify concepts and address concerns   What People Like and Admire about Me as a Trainer I provide a positive, fun, and comfortable learning environment I have a good sense of humor I am approachable I am organized and bring food What is Important to Me as a Trainer To provide a positive experience that is valuable to the participants To be well prepared and know the course material fully For participants to be able to use the information in an applicable way in their professional and/or personal life when they leave my trainings To create a respectful and interactive training environment so all can learn from each other To have a parking lot for questions…I don’t have all the answers, but may know someone who does. To have fun!
