JSRRC MISSION The JOINT SERVICES RECORDS RESEARCH CENTER serves as the DOD Executive Agent for matters pertaining to post-traumatic stress disorder and agent orange military records research. Serve America’s Veterans and their Families by supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, veterans’ service organizations, veterans’ representatives, and congressional offices advocating for veterans disability claims.
