The products yielded from the process will be sold to all buyers of Land at cost price. The product stock in excess available with us will be sold in the open market price. The Net-profit gained through the sale of product will be shared to the land owners as their Return on Investment (RoI). During the Lease Period, the land owners can also facilitate for a buy-back offer on 5th/10th/15th year at prevailing market price.
