MAT Review Programme Reviewer “Undoubtedly, of substantial benefit was the opportunity to work with credible, knowledgeable and skilled colleagues on system leadership from different MAT structures, each openly and willingly sharing their experiences.” Host school  “Participating in the Challenge Partners MAT review process was a unique professional development opportunity for me as a member of the review team – the review offered focused time to the MAT team and reviewers to work together to explore the MATs effectiveness – a key question being - what is the MAT factor? The joint group discussion at the end of day 3 was particularly powerful in enabling us all to identify possible next steps- in a solution focused approach, where we were all thinking deeply together.” Reviewer For those of you who prefer visuals
