AoH Web Page Maintained by ARS Current plan is to incorporate the ARS-maintained web page on the WRAP server (awaiting final approval from WRAP webmaster). Logistical files (call/meeting notices, prior meeting info., etc.) will remain on existing AoH “Home Page” and will be maintained by WRAP webmaster. (http://wrapair.org/forums/aoh/index.html) Report products and relevant links will be accessible from the “Phase I Report (ARS)” link in the navigation box. All materials under the “Phase I Report (ARS)” page will be maintained by ARS

Existing AoH “Home Page” on WRAP Server

Phase I Report Page - Link from AoH Home Page

Review of 2002 “interim” Emissions Point Sources (EH Pechan) Started with 1996 WRAP point source database: Some data retained Some data updated Some data projected (growth factors + IAS model) Area Sources (EH Pechan) Projected from 1999 EPA National Emission Inventory (EGAS 4.0) Mobile Sources (ENVIRON) Projected emission from 1996 to 2003 On-road (EPA MOBILE6 and PART5) Off-road (EPA NONROAD2000) Point and Area sources: spreadsheets for state and counties available at http://wrapair.org/forums/ef/inventories/point/index.html and http://wrapair.org/forums/ef/inventories/area/index.html, respectively. Mobile sources: data available from modeling center. For off-road emissions, NONROAD2000 overestimates VOC (~13%), NOx (~35%), PM2.5 (~28%) and SO2 (~72%). Model results will not be updated at this time using more recently released NONROAD2002 model. California provided emission estimates by county directly, so these model errors do not apply to CA data.

Data Request to RMC (interim 2002 data) Regions to include: WRAP States CENRAP States Canadian Provinces Mexican States N,S,E and W boundary conditions Emission sources to include: Area, Point, Mobile, Road Dust, Fire (Wild, Ag. Rx.) Biogenics Windblown Dust .xls format already available for 1996 base case emissions including WRAP states and counties for Area, Point, Mobile, Road Dust and Fire sources (http://wrapair.org/309).

(Data from RMC on WRAP website) 1996 PM2.5 Emission Sources (Data from RMC on WRAP website) 1996 base case emission spreadsheets tables available at http://wrapair.org/309.

Spatial Distribution of 1996 PM2.5 Emissions Point Area On-Road Off-Road 1996 maps of data for SO2, NOX, PM10, PM2.5, NH3 available in COHA National Assessment report: http://coha.dri.edu/web/general/analysisbynation.html
