What's a bad effect on our MENTAL HEALTH? Next, I gonna talk about some evidences which you may change your mind not to use Social Network Services “DEFINITELY”. This is a data shows various responses for a question, “How do you recognize SNS services?” This research was took place by Japanese governmental organization, SOUMUSYOU and it compares between Japan, US, UK, France, South-Korea, and Singapore. You can see many respondents answered the question, “I’m so worried about a notice from each SNS services.” Please imagine it as your daily things!! For example, you went to so beautiful place last weekend. You might see KOYO at Mount Takao in this season!! You got into a cable car,had very delicious DANGO and SOBA, drew OMIKUJI, and next, you reach the summit of the mountain and you must take many many pictures and movies!! On occasion, you must take a selfie with a beautiful mountain for a background with selfie stick. In the end, you must posted many pictures and movies to Instragram, Snapchat, Facebook and so on. After that, you couldn’t leave your smartphone as it is for a long time because you were so worried about many notices from each SNS, and you often checked “Anyone who pushed LIKE for my posts?” and “Who checked my stories of Instagram?” On the other hand, some of respondents also answer the question “It’s a burden to push LIKE and write some comments to my friends posts.” Third line from left in this data.

Researchers say… ★social media addiction can be stronger than addiction to cigarettes and booze ★self-disclosure communication stimulates the brain's pleasure centers much like food do 【Reference:https://www.lifewire.com/what- is-social-networking-addiction-2655246】 One researcher says that the process from sharing our life through SNS to get evaluation from someone make status for each SNS users. So the status is decided by each users’ sense of values. For example, “Who ate the most delicious and photogenic food?” and “Who went to the most photogenic place?” And sometime, “Who has the most nice boyfriend?”. there are looked like kind of competition between SNS users. Actually, someone who post such photos may not want to be proud of each lifestyle, but someone who see the photos may feel worry, inferiority complex, and annoying. This is the reasons why many people feel tired to use SNS. On the other hand, many teenagers are more worried about that they can’t share information which are famous and popular between themselves. They make new connection which different from real world through SNS, so some people says “if I couldn’t use Social Network Services all day, I would feel alone and leave only myself in the world. Such people are kind of Social Media Addiction, it is said that can be stronger than addiction to cigarettes and booze by some researchers. At last as evidences, I wanna show you one video about what I have just talked. You may sympathize with a men in this video.

This is why the modern people, especially a lot of young people are so worried about SNS such as sharing our life. For example, Instgram, facebook and so on.
