BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTIONS BYLAWS Section 3 - Continuity In order to insure the continuity of the League and stability of the Board, the terms of the Board members will be staggered.   The election for the offices of the Commissioner, Secretary, Atlantic and Legacy Division President will be held in even numbered years (2018 e.g.). The election for the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Treasurer, Coastal Division President and Director of Marketing and Public Relations will be held in odd numbered years (2019, e.g.). The Coastal/Legacy President and Director of Marketing and Public Relations were appointed in 2017 and need to be elected to serve out the remaining year of the 2-year term.
