Schemas – Reporting guidance v4.1 Article 9: schema ART9_GES - Work of prefilling with 2012 reported information done using this schema

Schemas – Reporting guidance v4.1 Article 8.1ab: schema ART8_GES - Work of prefilling with WFD assessments done using this schema and ongoing for CFP assessments (tbc for RSCs indicators)

Schemas – Reporting guidance v4.1 Article 8.1c: schema ART8_ESA

Schemas – Reporting guidance v4.1 Article 10: schema ART10_Targets Work of prefilling with 2012 reported information done using this schema The prefilling exercise led to a change needed in the schema: in class “Target”, Feature and GEScomponent had to have a multiciplicity of [1..n] The schema has been updated, as well as the Reporting guidance (now version 4.1) and the Access database. All of them are updated in the MSFD resources page

Schemas – Reporting guidance v4.1 Article 8 & 10: schema Indicators - Work of prefilling ongoing with RSCs indicators using this schema

Web forms Developed in a test environment: http://webq2test.eionet.europa.eu/ They can be tested by creating new files or by editing the pre-filled ones (available in CDR help)

Web forms 2. Save file in session Select questionnaire 3. Edit with web form

Web forms Reporter information prefilled, but it can be edited and changed When clicking in a MRU, the rest of fields will be displayed, as in a cascade

Web forms Member States can already start testing the web forms The validation is not yet functional. Development is ongoing and will be implemented by the end of October Feedback is very much welcome. Please provide it by writing to: msfd.helpdesk@eionet.europa.eu (indicate in Subject: [web forms testing]) However, a training session will be organised in Copenhagen, 8 November (back to back with TG-DATA meeting) In the training session, prefilled CFP schemas will also be available (and maybe WFD schemas, pending on WFD processes) All prefilled schemas are/will be made available in the MSFD reporting resources page
