Senior Year Important Dates November 1st – Most College Applications due ASVAB – Date TBD Order Commencement Goodies

College Application Procedure Most applications will be completed online, if you need to complete a paper application give it to Mrs. Jill Thallemer in the Guidance/Counseling Office. To send your transcript to the college of your choice follow the procedure below: Go to http://wchs.warsaw.k12.in.us/ Click on Guidance/Counseling Link Click on E-Transcript Link Follow the prompts to send your transcript to the college of your choice Make every effort to get your application in or apply on-line prior to November 1st. Some schools have a priority date of October 1st Check your school College applications timeline November 1, suggested application deadline File FAFSA by March 1 April/May college housing finalized Common App needs to be done online in order for the college to download the school report. If you have technical problems contact the site you are having issues with for help (Docufide, Common App, SendEdu, college website)

Dual Credit Transfers The high school does not grant dual credit- the college does. Double check your transcript to be sure you received dual credit Contact the college granting the credit with any questions. Order your official transcript from that college to be sent to your college of choice. HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT DOESN’T WORK

Transferring College Credits Your college credits will transfer differently to each college You are responsible for contacting the colleges you are considering to find out how/if the credits will transfer You are responsible for contacting the college that granted the credit to get a transcript sent to the college you choose. It is possible that you may have credits from multiple colleges and must contact each one
