IT IS AN INNOVATIVE PROJECT THAT INTRODUCES ADOLESCENT MALE STUDENTS TO NETWORKING WITHIN A GROUP SETTING TO EXPLORE POSITIVE INTERACTION WITH SCHOOL, COMMUNITY, PEER RELATIONSHIPS AND FAMILY. THE PROGRAM IS SPECIFICALLY TARGETED AND DESIGNED AS A MALE MENTORING PROGRAM CONSTRUCTED TO ADDRESS EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT, SOCIAL ENHANCEMENT AND OVERALL PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG MEN.
