The Kitchen Collect all documentation Keep meetings on track Head Chef Collect all documentation Keep meetings on track Act as the “go-to” person for the PLC Leadership Team Host/ Hostess Get trained in Google Apps Turnkey training to other members Aid in all technology aspects of PLC documentation Waiters/ Waitresses Manage all of the activities of the café Conduct research and report back to the whole staff Be team players and make sure that the café runs smoothly
