Why This App? Unless you have dedicated your life fitness, not many people know how to workout. Some people might have their hearts in the right place but plateau due to lack of variety. Others might want to make a real change for themselves but don’t even know how to get started. More people will come to our gym because they will have more confidence in their workout. Personal trainers can get expensive/embarrassing!
