T-Tackle Description TYPE AGE Skill – Tackle Field Size (10m) Description (10m) Players in green are defenders. Players in yellow line up at opposite ends of the grid. On go, one attacker (yellow) runs around the yellow marker. The defender (green) runs to the mid point of the middle markers. They then run through and attempt a side on tackle. Players then return to their area and the next attacker, from the other side, runs the ball. Continue to alternate sides.
