Coach 10 ddddd 1 5 2 1 2 Q Q Q Q Q Team 1: line up between the first cones. At the snap back peddle out of the box and get ready to breakdown and close on receiver. Touch him before he gets through the outside cones/gate for 1pt. Team 2: Start 5 yds from front cones. On the go signal run past first set of cones and make your break/cut accelerating toward outside cones and snap head on your cut. Must be looking back at QB after your break/cut and all the way through the gate without getting touched by defender to receive point. If ball is thrown you must catch it and get through gate before getting touched to receive 1 pt. QB: Throw ball so receiver catches ball before he gets to the gate. 1st team to 10 pts wins. Change sides after 10pts. You may want to do 1st round without ball and 2nd round with. Coach makes call on who gets pt.

At the snap back peddle out of the box and get ready to breakdown and close on receiver. Touch him before he gets through the outside cones for 1pt. You still have responsibility to cover him deep so turn and it becomes a race through the cones set at 15 yds. Ball could be thrown in this drill also. Team 2: Start 5 yds from front cones. You have 2 options for routes. Quick out/in, or Go route. On the snap either run past first set of cones and make your break/cut in/out accelerating toward outside cones/gate or run through the deep gate beating defender. Make sure to snap head on your cut while accelerating through the cones before getting touched and receive 1 pt. If you run a Go route it is a race to the cones set at 15 yds. A ball could be thrown once you run past your man or past cones. Ball must be caught to receive point. QB: Throw ball as soon as receiver makes his cut. 1st team to 10 pts wins. Change sides after 10pts. Coach makes call on who gets pt.

Quick out/in breaking past 1st cones, Curl/CB breaking past 2nd cones, and Go pattern running through deep cones. If ball is thrown it must be caught to receive point otherwise you must get through the gate before the defender touches you. On the deep gate you must beat defender through gate. QB: Throw ball so receiver catches it before he gets to the gate with exception of the deep ball. 1st team to 10 pts wins. Change sides after 10pts. Coach makes call on who gets pt.
