COMMITTEE TASK REVIEW ENTIRE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM In February 2009, Oversight Director Nick Cole told residents there was going to be a study to review the entire access control system, told them there were no sacred cows, and to start the process as if we had no system. The Board felt this needed to be done periodically and also in response to some resident concerns.
