The context: ACNP catalog ACNP was founded in the '70s by the National Collective Archive of Magazines (ACNP), by the initiative of ISRDS-CNR. It contains bibliographic descriptions of periodical publications held by libraries located throughout the national territory and covers all disciplinary sectors. Registered ACNP active libraries: 1.204 (10 Sept. 2018) Total holdings: 1.323.647 records
HLM 2ACNP purpose To allow customers using EBSCO Knowledge Base to periodically update, in a semi- automatic way, holdings data in ACNP.
Library e-holdings in ACNP EBSCO customers can easily create and maintain the list of their electronic holdings in ACNP
Holdings details for title imported to ACNP Holdings data and links for direct access by authenticated users Access conditions and last update date

HLM2ACNP converter This service has four main steps: How it works This service has four main steps: Extraction of data from Holdings Management by EBSCO Creation or update of vendor data on the ACNP system by the institution; Execution of the HLM2ACNP converter procedure by EBSCO; Batch import of data by ACNP.
Discard Open Access titles and other custom exclusions Before converting data, HLM2ACNP… Check that the title has ISSN or E-ISSN and if the code is valid, otherwise discard it Check that right coverage dates are present, if the record does not have any type of coverage it is discarded Discard Open Access titles and other custom exclusions Check it the package in HLM is already present in ACNP, otherwise it indicates to the customer the need to activate it ISSN COVERAGE OPEN ACCESS PACKAGES
HLM2ACNP converter logs initial record count (as in CSV file): 207791 rows. initial journal count: 91861 rows (because of 115930 non journal resources discarded). total Open Access journals: 24412 records discarded. total missing ISSN: 10244 records discarded. total invalid ISSN: 48 records discarded. total coverage errors: 67 records discarded. converted records number: 56390 resources ready for ACNP import process (including 24750 titles with missing packages in ACNP).

CURRICULUM BUILDER Aims to solve these issues by creating an easy way to create and manage bibliographic lists for courses right from your Learning Management System (LMS).
How CB works: Then just click "Add to list" to save her/his choices Professors can search for library e-resources directly within the LMS Then just click "Add to list" to save her/his choices Curriculum Builder allows her/him to annotate the list items and to copy other lists, created and shared within the institution

From EDS results list to databases native interface Clicking on the link, the user will bring the search performed in EDS to the database native interface
Why are these links important? For maximizing use of subject-specific databases For using database specific features, like thesauri or authority files or specific data (e.g. Impact factor) For allowing also expert users to start their searches from the discovery
Which databases? EBSCO Host MEDLINE OTHER DBs All eHost databases will direct the user to the native eHost platform. Field codes and Boolean searching will be retained. MEDLINE will direct the user to PubMed. The search term will be retained and the Journal and Article Title field codes will be carry over. This includes HeinOnline, Scopus, JSTOR, ARTSTOR, Alexander Street Press and Web of Science. Others will be added.
