CHANGE- SYNERGIES Since 2017, the European Commission has been managing a dedicated programme the Structural Reform Support Programme (SRSP) with an initial budget of EUR 142.8 million (increased to EUR 222,8 million) aimed at supporting Member States in the design and implementation of growth-enhancing reforms , thereby contributing to strengthening institutions, governance processes, public administrations…..

TRUST – no SILOS –looking forward DG EMPL continues to monitor how Member States work with the ESIF Operational Programmes 2014-2020, achieve their results. 17 MSs (BG,CY,CZ,EE,FR,GR,HR,HU,IT,LT,LV,MT,PL,PT,RO,SI,SK) support to address the challenges under the specific thematic objective "enhancing institutional capacity of public authorities and stakeholders and efficient public administration" (TO11) for a total of about EUR 4.2 billion. Use it wisely! Shared management! Although No TO 11 in the Commission proposal for the next period, the ESF+ will continue to support institutional capacity for crucial policy and system reforms, but focusing on its areas of action, notably employment, social inclusion and protection, education and training systems, as well as health systems and services.

STORY TELLING WITH YOUR HELP Progress Assessment of the ESF support to Public Administration (PAPA)- 2019 – 30 case studies of specific major and/or systemically relevant initiatives (groups of projects or individual projects linked to priorities in the national public administration strategy).
