Introduction An example handover flow chart for the 802.11/802.16 use case Handover from WLAN (802.11) to WMAN (802.16) The flow chart is based on the template handover flow chart: 21-06-0822-01-0000-Template_for_Handover_Flow_Diagram.ppt MAC-S/MAC-C are replaced with 802.11/802.16 MAC POAs are replaced with AP(.11)/BS(.16) Naming of Handover-initiate/prepare/commit/complete is still based on D2.0.
