We will do some fun Fall/Halloween projects. Math Essential Question: How do you sort objects? Does the size of a shape change its shape? Objective: Find and describe flat shapes. Writing and Handwriting Writing: Journals (second stage of writing) which is drawing pictures and writing letters or words (sounding out words on their own phonetically) that align with prompt given by teacher. PSF writing drill- writing the CVC sounds for words given. Handwriting Without Tears: v,w,t Reading and Literature Story: Bear Snores On Comprehension: Realism and Fantasy Conventions: Adjectives for sizes, numbers, colors and shapes Amazing Words: sleep, cave, storm, winter, woods, blustery Unit Question: How are animals and flowers unique?
