Scoring Achievement Elements Year 1 : 20% for implementing the 5 Steps (Managing Health & Safety) for each element 1. Written standard 2. Communication 3. Training 4. Evaluate or have a plan to evaluate 5. Make improvements and/or acknowledge success 20% x 5 elements = 100% There are no partial marks or credit for an incomplete element Subsequent Years: Maintenance of elements = 25% 5 new completed elements x 15% = 75%

New Year-End Maintenance Report Maintaining Elements 1. Annual review of standards 2. Revisit communication and which elements need to be communicated again to staff 3.
