Fig. 1 Results of one of referenced DNA samples typed with PowerPlex® Y kits (top panel) and our miniY-STR system (bottom panel). On the basis of these two systems, the genotype of DYS385a/b is 12/16 and is 11 for DYS392. The allele of DYS389 I and DYS389 II are 10 and 29 using PowerPlex® Y kits, so the minus of repeat number from them is 19.The allele“DYS389 II”within our miniY-STR system also is 19.
