Open Source issues Not all OS issues need to be resolved before the STF starts ETSI/CTI view is that the STF will do the initial implementation and build up to the creation of the OS project for submission to Eclipse Eclipse (and by assumption EPL) have been agreed by the Board (as stated in the ToR) Changing may be problematic. Need strong argument to do so. GIT/GITHub will shortly be installed at ETSI Strongly preferred to use GIT to be used by the STF CTI does not feel qualified at this moment to make a decision on the platform © ETSI 2015.
