Technical Group HIS – March 2011 Content (draft) sampling characteristics (sampling selection, sampling unit, minimum effective national sample sizes to be achieved supply of indicators (design effect, sampling error, etc); precision requirements for data publication, …) fieldwork aspects and imputation/weighting procedures (rules and guidelines for applying substitutions, use of proxy; what to do with missing data (item non response, unit non response and characteristics of imputation procedures), … ) transmission of data and metadata (micro data file, weighted fully checked and imputed if need be; time limits for data provision , ….)
