“I am Being Sent by jesus to bless others and invite them to follow him.” “I am BECOMING LIKE JESUS IN MY ATTITUDES, BEHAVIOURS, AND CHARACTER.”

Rather than reducing early followers of Jesus to tears, the title of “copycat” was worn as a badge of honour; for the follower of Jesus, being a Christ copycat was the entire aim of their existence. Being acknowledged as Christ-like was exactly what they intended.

Becoming Christ-like in our: Attitudes Behaviours Character

A shift in attitude only comes about when a way of thinking is confronted and replaced with another. This is why, in Romans 12:2, the Apostle Paul challenges the follower of Jesus to “not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind”.
