Diversity, Inclusion and Equity: Water Justice for All MEETING GOAL: Expand and maximize Healthy Headwaters (HH) Leadership Team members’ ability to deliver on the organization’s goal of building a more inclusive and equitable world with water justice as a core value. MEETING OBJECTIVES HH Leadership Team members will be able to articulate how their social identity affects interactions within and outside the organization with respect to issues of diversity and inclusion. HH Leadership Team members will be able to articulate how their cultural fluency, and their individual and collective power contributes to successes and challenges in growing water justice in the environmental movement. HH Leadership Team members will be able to identify next steps/strategies for growing more inclusion and furthering the goal of water justice within Carpe Diem West and their organization.
