[Type Your Name Here] Personal Brand Pyramid VALUES Write a couple of short sentences regarding the strongest of your Values (maximum three), setting out what they specifically mean to you. For example you could start ‘My principles are…’ DRIVERS Write a sentence for each of the things that ‘float your boat’ (maximum three, if they are specifically different Drivers) – what motivates you and what the payback is from that. For example you could start ‘I’m motivated by…’ REPUTATION Write a sentence setting out your Reputation as it is (or as you’d like it to be so long as that’s achievable). Keep it focused, as including too many things makes it harder for people to grasp and, ultimately, talk to others about. For example you could start ‘I’m known for…’ BEHAVIOURS Write a sentence describing each of your key character/personality traits (maximum three). Try to be specific (a thesaurus might help) and expand on how that Behaviour plays out and/or what it delivers. For example you could start ‘My personality is…’ SKILLS/STRENGTHS Write a sentence for each of your key Skills or Strengths. (List a maximum of three, so long as they are distinctly different.) Remember to look at not just the outcomes, but what you do/how you do it/why you do it that leads to that outcome. For example you could start ‘I excel at…’ IMAGE Write a sentence or two here about how you convey all of the above through how you look, act and sound. What clues do you think you give people to your brand through your clothes, accessories, body language, voice, etc. For example you could start ‘My style is…’
