Did you know that… About 30% of earth’s surface is land. Water covers approximately 70% of the Earth's surface mostly oceans.

What is a continent? A continent is one of several large landmasses on Earth.

What is a land mass? Land mass - a large geographical region may include islands

There are seven continents – (from largest in size to smallest): Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia
