The Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community, also known as the Launch Pad, is open to students of any major who are interested in launching their own business, non-profit or startup. Located in Creswell Hall, the Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community accommodates up to 40 students. The Research Living Learning Community, also known as R House, is open to students of any major who are interested in faculty-mentored research. Located in Building 1516, the Research Living Learning Community accommodates up to 28 students.

10 essential elements of a Residential Curriculum 1. Direct connections to institution mission 2. Learning goals are developed and based in a defined educational priority 3. A basis in developmental theory and research 4. Educational strategies are developed that advance learning goals 5. Programs may be one type of strategy – but not the only strategy 6. Student staff members play key roles but are not replied upon to be the educational experts. 7. Learning is scaffolded and sequenced to follow student development month-to-month and year-to-year 8. Identification and involvement of key stakeholders 9. The curriculum is peer reviewed through an intentional process 10. An assessment plan that is implemented to review success in reaching the defined learning goals 10 essential elements of a Residential Curriculum
