Why Use Games Increases engagement Creates safety Prompts creative thinking Reinforces teamwork Encourages honest communication Energizes the culture FUN!

Which Games Should I use? Classic or Family: Require players to race around a designated path to reach their goal. They have a reliance on luck and less strategy. i.e. Sorry, Chutes and Ladders Euro-Style: These games are about gaining victory points. They have a strong theme and “political” play between the players as they negotiate and trade. i.e. Settlers of Catan Strategy: These games often involve heavy collaboration or competitive play. i.e. Risk, Chess, Jenga, Connect Four Card-Based: These games usually have a substantial element of randomness. The objectives vary by game. i.e. Bang, Exploding Kittens, Munchkin, Fluxx
