LUCAS 2015 Strenght: Lucas 2015 273400 points Short Term Strategy on Land Cover /Use approved by ESSC  Funded by DGs [AGRI, CLIMA, ENTR, ENV (88%)] and ESTAT Budget available over 2 years Tender split in 7 LOTS and 2 Actions each (5 reports: 2 FR +3 IR for each LOT) 28 MS  27 + HR [ IPA] 270.000 + 3533 26900 Top-Soil [multi-purpose in situ data collection platform] LUCAS soil in Switzerland and Balkan (JRC) Strenght: Lucas 2015 273400 points 177415 = 64.9% panel 3 183333 = 67.1% ∩ 2015/2009 228461 = 83.6% ∩ 2015/2012 Ps: 184641 ∩ 2009/2012 Experience from previous LUCAS still fresh 75% the same team in Eurostat as in 2012. [50% carried out already 2 campaigns] Experienced companies as contractors as in 2012. 1.5 year in preparation [from tender specifications to documentation]
