Background to Industry Engagement Program Industry Engagement Program (IEP) World Bank Procurement Framework committed to establish an Industry Engagement Program (IEP) to improve procurement outcomes in targeted sectors IEP designed to work closely with sector experts (both client and supply side) to identify and fix recurring procurement problems in World Bank financed projects Overall objective is to achieve improved procurement and development outcomes
