It is a constant process to filter The Noise and focus on what matters most to you.

Discuss your interests with a partner. Look at the Interests from the previous slide. Think broadly about your Interests — the things you really like to do in your spare time. Where would your favorite pastimes fall within the circles above? Pick the two Interest categories that are most important to you.
