THE CAT WITH A FEATHERY TAIL

Once there was a cat who longed to catch a bird from the garden Once there was a cat who longed to catch a bird from the garden. But the birds knew Tinker very well, and when he appeared, the birds always flew away.

It didn’t matter where Tinker hid, the birds always found out It didn’t matter where Tinker hid, the birds always found out. It was the blackbird who always seemed to see him hiding under the bushes. When he saw him, he shouted “BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE” with a loud voice. Then all the birds flew away. Tinker’s paws were velvety and soft. He made no noise when he ran. One day, there was an Indian hat made with feathers and Tinker had an idea to catch the birds. Then he took the Indian hat and went to the shed to get some string. Gently he roped the feathers with his tail.

As soon as he went in the garden, the black bird saw him and after he spoke with the other birds, they flew on the ground to see what was it. They said that it was a kind of a bird but they weren’t sure what it was .....
