Learning Objectives What I’m looking for… You will: Learn how to draw an accurate human eye in tone. How to control and manipulate HB and 2B pencils. Learn scientific names/terms and functions of the human eye. Learn how to render 3D tone using various pencils and a rubber. What I’m looking for… You have a knowledge of the anatomy of the human eye and the purpose of all its parts. You have an ability to draw a human eye and add tone to make it look realistic and three-dimensional. You are able to render tone to make circles look spherical.

& 30 minutes Switch to the visualiser to demonstrate how to draw a human eye in tone. 5

10 minutes You will now have your photograph taken for a later activity in the project whilst you practise drawing another tonal eye. 6

PREP.WORK Watch the ‘Tonal eye drawing video’ on the VLE and do a 2nd drawing, label this as your 2nd attempt so improvement can be seen. PREP WORK WK3
