Survey/Partners Visit Major Findings Information Products are received by most of the partners Partners use it for planning purpose e.g. proposal writing, country plan etc Helpful to partners in planning their activities, response preparedness and decision making Indicates various types of Shelter/NFI response in the field Partners are fine with presentation of information in products as well as method of dissemination Partners also want products segregating Adamawa and Yobe on monthly basis Shelter Sector  

Survey/Partners Visit Major Findings contd….. Partners want products to be segregated by camps and host communities Partners want products highlighting details at LGA level e.g. information on demography, needs and gaps of PoCs at ward level or camp level of particular LGA Partners requested program staff to be included in the mailing list Request to have an organization specific coverage report Continuously review and revise the contact list Merge some of the products Attach products rather than link Quarterly meetings to review performance as captured in the factsheets and different products Uniform fonts and colors and naming of the products Shelter Sector  

Sector IM Analysis Assessment should be shared to sector in timely manner Stockpile of items should be updated to sector on monthly basis Planned activities should be consistently updated and shared Consistent and accurate monthly 5W input Shelter Sector
