Renal failure deaths and their risk factors in India 2001–13 – Authors' reply  Anna J Dare, Calvin Ke, Wilson Suraweera, Peter Rodriguez, Prabhat Jha  The Lancet Global Health  Volume 5, Issue 5, Pages e483-e484 (May 2017) DOI: 10.1016/S2214-109X(17)30144-4 Copyright © 2017 The Author(s). Figure Risk of death in people aged 45–69 years due to renal failure (ICD 10 N00–N19), any non-communicable disease, or from all causes, by sex, in India, 2001–13 Data are from Million Death Study. The risk of dying was calculated using cumulative sum of 5 yearly death rates adjusted to the UN Population Division's estimates for India and the sample-weighted proportion of deaths, cumulatively, for renal failure, non-communicable diseases, and all causes.
