Meetings Two meetings will be held – Five topics will be covered – 26th and 27th February at Croke Park in Dublin 22nd and 23rd April at Dublin Castle in Dublin Five topics will be covered – eGovernment Strategies in Accession Countries Task Force on Enlargement Report eGovernment Conference EU Commission initiatives Main Topic - Interoperability Frameworks
Topics (1) Opportunity will be provided to 4 Accession States to present their eGovernment strategies this will provide an opportunity for all MS to get an understanding and appreciation of developments in these countries prior to accession and facilitate information and experience sharing exchanges that may be beneficial to both sides. Discussion of practicalities and implications for the Group arising from the TFE Report. Presentation on eGovernment Conference in Dublin – June 2004
Topics (2) Facilitate greater communications and liaison between the Group and the EU Commission engage with IDA on European Interoperability Framework and Interoperable Delivery of pan-European eGovernment Services to Public Administrations, Businesses and Citizens(IDAbc proposal) engage with MODINIS on Identity Management programme
Topics (3) A Discussion Paper on Interoperability will be circulated in advance of the 1st meeting. The topic crosses most of the prioritised themes in the Group’s Working Plan. Most MS have expressed keen interest in this topic. Roundtable/Parallel Review Panels Submissions from MS Conclusions at 2nd meeting.
Interoperability Frameworks 4 aspects will be considered - Technical Semantic Organisational Pan European
